About Caleb

A devoted husband and father, Caleb and his family live in Salado, Texas, where Caleb has worked in the Additive Manufacturing industry (or 3D printing) for the last 18 years. His career has taken him from the shop floor to the management office, and he has worked hard to build the companies that have employed him. Hard work is a way of life in Central Texas. Caleb’s career has shown that he is committed to making a difference and can do the same in Washington.

Caleb has been married for over 18 years to Danielle of New Braunfels, Texas, and together, they have four children: Caidynce; Corbin; Cailynn; and Cohen. He regularly volunteers to coach teams for his children for youth baseball and, previously, soccer. Caleb and Danielle are devout Christians and actively volunteer and host a small group in their local church, Vista Community Church in Temple. The couple are former foster parents who have a heart for children growing up in difficult circumstances.

Caleb is a fifth-generation Central Texan and one of four children from Wes and Joy Ferrell. He grew up in Belton, Texas, and attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He graduated from the university in 2007. Caleb is a continuous learner dedicated to improving processes, which led him to achieve his Six Sigma Black Belt at the University of Houston. He later attended the University of Texas Permian Basin and completed his Master of Business Administration in 2023.

Caleb’s entrance into politics stems directly from his passion – to fix problems. His mentality is to work diligently on a problem until it is solved and always leave things better than you find them. That takes an honest look into the issues. Caleb doesn’t see many career politicians willing or able to put in the work that Central Texans deserve. He is willing to do the hard work now so his family, friends, and community can have a brighter future.
